NCAT commenced operating on 1 January 2014 incorporating the Consumer, Trader and Tenancy Tribunal (CTTT). It is is the one-stop-shop for specialist tribunal services in NSW.
As with the CTTT, the RVRA will continue to monitor and often attend NCAT Consumer Division hearings.
RVRA makes submissions to government on any issues that may arise regarding residents and the Act and Regulation.
