Villages with an outside head office management group

I am interested to find out what Management Companies charge as their Head Office management fee. Our village is managed by a Melbourne company CCV and the rate in the budget is $13 per week per unit. We now have 35 units completed and when completed the village will consist of 88.
We feel that this is high but do know what the general industry rate is.
We have a manager on-site employed by them for 25hours per week.
Any one who can provide the cost in their village would be a great help to us.

I can't help you as far as outside management companies are concerned but I can tell you that our village management fee paid to the operator company is $7.45 per unit per week.

It is not the amount you pay that is important it is what are you paying for? Do you understand what services you are getting for this fee? If you cannot explain what you are getting for your dollars then you should be asking questions of your operator. Don't pass a budget that has things in it that you don't understand.
