            Pay Roll Tax





The issue of Residents of Retirement Villages being asked to accept Pay Roll Tax as being an expense to be met from Recurrent Charges has long been an important issue and has resulted in three villages being taken to the CTTT Tribunal, two of those cases resulted in the Residents favour whilst one was in the Operators favour.

In an effort to ascertain the percentage of and extent that villages are affected by the Pay Roll Tax issue the RVRA is conducting this survey.
