RVRA Comment:
The RVRA is not opposed to the operator's (and Residents) right to appeal a decision made by the CTTT. However, the RVRA is opposed to the naming of the residents as the defendants, which is unnecessary, unjust and gives the operators considerable coercive powers to deter the residents from exercising their legal rights. See Link 1 below.

as the Defendants.

"LITTLE PEOPLE"

Can you imagine anything more perverse than a story about the Stocklands Group - big business and big profits, taking on a group of elderly pensioners in a Retirement Village to make sure the big business profits get even bigger? This is such a story!

If you are as incensed about the actions of the operator of Queens Lake Village as the Residents of many other villages are, then please pass on a link to this page to as many people as you feel disposed to.

The only way that "Little People" can stand up to "Big Business" and "Government" is by way of public pressure.

Any assistance you can give in this matter will be greatly appreciated by not only the Residents at Queens Lake Village, but by the Residents in Retirement Villages throughout Australia.
